To secure a room on campus, students are encouraged to submit their $225 housing deposit as soon as possible. Deposit date will be used as a factor to determine room selection priority. Deposits can be paid directly to the Business Office (210-829-6043) or online, using the UIW ePayment Center in Banner Web. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your deposit.
In order to take advantage of ALL housing application steps, students are encouraged to submit proof of their meningitis immunization by the recommended dates of March 1st (fall applicants) or December 1st (spring applicants). Health Services will continue to accept this documentation beyond the recommended dates. The immunization must have been administered within the last five years and at least ten days prior to check-in. Documentation may be sent:
UIW has contracted with Magnus Health to manage your student health records. You need to submit proof of your Meningitis vaccine to your Magnus Health account for UIW. You will receive an email that contains a username and password for your account. The email will contain brief instructions that explain how you should access the account. If you do not receive this email or if you have further questions, please contact the Magnus Health Help Desk at 877-461-6831. We suggest checking your spam mail as the initial email will come from Magnus rather than UIW.

Your username for the housing application is the prefix to your UIW email. For example, if your e-mail is email@example.com, your username is cardinal. Your default password is your student ID #.
