Annalisa Moore (BS Mathematics) is in the Operations Research & Industrial Engineering Graduate Program at the University of Texas. Her honors project, “Public Health Policies and Managing Bioterrorism,” mathematically modeled the potential effects of three deadly diseases on a population. For two years she coordinated student volunteers at Haven for Hope’s teen room, one of the experiences she shares in this video.
