A physician is available on campus (Fall and Spring Semester only) in Health Services:

Mondays 3p.m. - 5p.m. and Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

No appointments are necessary. Students are seen on a walk-in basis.

Students' medical records are confidential and maintained in the Campus Health Center.

Seriously ill students are referred to a hospital or clinic of their choice.

The Campus Health Center provides basic health services that focus on primary prevention care, health education and counseling, care for acute minor illnesses and injuries, and the maintenance of health records and assistance with the university insurance plan.

At UIW, students are encouraged to take responsibility for their body, mind, and spirit (personal wellness). Students are challenged to examine their own personal wellness plan. Support is given for changes resulting in continued improvement and growth.

Privacy Notice: We value the privacy of our students, most of whom are adults. We will not discuss their care outside of this office without their permission.

Cost: There is no fee for most services available to registered students.
