UIW GraduatesThe Circle of G.O.L.D. is a giving program established to recognize young alumni leadership contributions. If you graduated from UIW within the last 10 years, YOU can join the Circle! Regardless of the gift amount, YOU have the opportunity to make meaningful philanthropic contributions to the Annual Fund which helps enhance the daily life of our current and future UIW students. Donations to the Annual Fund allow the university to award scholarships to deserving students, upgrade essential teaching facilities, recruit and retain top professors, renovate buildings and improve campus technology.

Different membership levels exist in accordance to the number of consecutive years you decide to support UIW. The Circle of G.O.L.D. Members reaches the following levels of consecutive giving:

  • 2 to 4 years: G.O.L.D - Pacesetter
  • 5 to 6 years: G.O.L.D - Red & Black
  • 7 to 9 years: G.O.L.D - Cardinal
  • 10+ years: G.O.L.D - Ring

If you have already given to the Annual Fund for two years in a row or longer, you are already a G.O.L.D. Member! All you have to do to retain membership is continue giving annual gifts to UIW. In return, you will receive special recognition in the fall issue of The Word’s Honor Roll of Donors every year, and milestone gifts in appreciation of your loyal giving to UIW.

Regardless of size, your annual gift to UIW is highly important not only because it enhances the learning environment on campus, but it also counts toward alumni participation. When corporations and foundations approach our university, they look at participation rates as an indication of alumni loyalty to their alma mater. YOUR participation helps UIW stay high in the national rankings of universities and secure gifts from potential donors!
