Making a Gift Online - Instructions
Thank you for your generous support to the University of the Incarnate Word.
1. Make a Gift - Online through secure server
Any information submitted is confidential. Billing information is processed by a secure server. VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted via this server.
Position the cursor over each field in the form and click. Enter the information required for each field. Once Press the 'Submit' button to submit information to the University.

2. Make a Gift - Fill-in PDF Form
The PDF fill-in form will allow you to enter information while the form is displayed by an Adobe Acrobat 3.0 (or later) .pdf file and then print the completed form out. Fill-in forms give us a cleaner printout of your information.
Please review the Fill-in Forms Instructions for software requirements and detailed instructions on the usage. We also have help available if you are having problems viewing or printing fill-in forms.
Software Requirements
To view, complete and print the fill-in form, you'll need the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader (or later) software installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader does not allow you to save your completed forms to disk. (Download Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Completing the Form
- Download the form by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
Your web browser may be configured with an Acrobat plug-in to automatically
open the file within your browser's window upon download. To download
the file directly to disk, right-click on the link then select "Save
Target/Link As.." when presented with a menu.
- Use Acrobat 3.0 to open the file if necessary.
- Select the hand tool from the Acrobat toolbar menu. You can use the hand tool to move the page around so that you can view all the areas on it.
- Position the hand pointer inside a form field and click. The I-beam cursor allows you to type text. The arrow pointer allows you to select a field, a check box, a radio button, or an item from a list.
- Press the Tab key to accept the field change and go to the next field.
- Press Shift + Tab to accept the field change and go to the previous field. Use your mouse to select an area of the form that is not inside a form field before printing your form. If a form field is active (contains the blinking bar) the contents will not print.
- If the fill-in form is displayed within your web browsers window be sure to use the printer button on the Acrobat toolbar menu to print the form instead of your web browsers print function.
