At University of the Incarnate Word
All
universities seek a strong endowment that provides funding in perpetuity
for scholarships, faculty chairs and other important programs. In
fact, this is a continuing initiative of UIW. With a current endowment
of more than $50 million which provides approximately $2 million in funding
for academic year 2007-2008, we still have ground to gain to ensure the
financial future of the University and stay competitive with student
and faculty awards.
