Open to the public by appointment, located 32 kilometers south of San Antonio on I-37 near Elmendorf, this working ranch has olive trees of many sizes and varieties for sale. There is a large orchard of olive trees, and olive oil harvested from them is used to make products such as lotions, face creams, soaps, and olive-leaf jelly, all sold at the ranch. www.sandyoaks.com
