Entrance Counseling

Entrance Counseling is required for all students who choose to borrow Federal loans at UIW.

The links below will take you to the appropriate sites for completing Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling (undergraduate students only), or Combined Stafford and PLUS Counseling (graduate students only).

Make sure you list the University of the Incarnate Word as one of the schools who should receive your results. We will not require a signed copy of the confirmation, unless our system is unable to find your electronic confirmation. You should keep a copy of the confirmation for your own records.

Undergraduate students are required to complete the Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling:
