Dr. Lori Ann Falcon began her UIW career in 2013 with a teaching focus in reading and literacy. During the 2012-2013 academic year she was a Visiting Professor at Our Lady of the Lake University. Previous to that appointment, she had taught as adjunct faculty at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has taught public school in several San Antonio area school districts and worked in teaching high school English in Thailand.  Additionally, she completed a mission trip to Haiti and provided teaching workshops in Guadalajara, Mexico.
