Collection: “Modern Classic”
Description:
My inspiration came after studying abroad in South Korea for a year. I read a comic book there which I fell in love with--the main character in the comic wore a modernized “hanbok” (traditional Korean garb). I have used the “hanbok” as the main element for my collection. My love for traditional Korean clothing, which is rarely worn there today, was the second source of inspiration. I think that old school is beautiful and most everyone loves classic beauty.
