What is the central theme or concept in your collection?

The designs are figure fitting with elements of similar lines and silhouettes. All designs incorporate gold trimmings, silk chiffon and silk shiny fabrics.

How would you best describe your design style?

Flirty, Sexy, and Fun

How and when did you become interested in design?

I have always been interested in design but really enjoy the illustration and actual construction of creating a garment.

What types of silhouettes will you be presenting?

Form fitting, some asymmetrical and different lengths.

What were your inspirations for this collection?

Inside of a treasure chest

What fabrics will you be using?

Silk Charmeuse, silk chiffon and satin, Shiny vibrant colors

What important detail work should be noticed?

Hand-painted, dye manipulation, and beading.

What designer(s) do you admire, or would most like to work with and why?

Betsy Johnson, I really admire her fun and outrageous style. Her use of colors, prints, textures and the combinations she creates with them is amazing.
