How many garments will be in your collection? 8 What is the central theme or concept in your collection: "Vintage," Colors, Lines, Dots, and Cuts. How would you best describe your design style? Eloquent How and when did you become interested in design? I've always have enjoyed drawing, creating works of Art with paint and found that designing garments or figures was something I've enjoy doing. What types of silhouettes will you be presenting? Tailored Men's and Women's Outfits and body sculptured. What was (were) your inspirations) for this collection? Classic Movies, anything with Doris Day and Rock Hudson. What fabrics will you be using? Cotton, Wool, Snakeskin, Leather, Fur, Satins, Crepes and Spandex. What important detail work should be noticed? Couture handwork. Fabric Art Concepts, The mixture of different Fabrics and/or combination of Different Fabrics. What designers) do you admire, or would most like to work with and why? Versace, Chanel, Charles James, Christian Dior. I admire them because of their successful acceptance of their refreshing styles. Describe yourself as a designer in five words or less: Very creative and open minded. Other interests or hobbies? Music, singing, playing musical instruments, journalism, and photography and creating works of Art. |
