What is the central theme or concept in your collection?

Extraterrestrial rag dolls; Cyber Gothic.

How would you best describe your design style?

Avant-garde, innovative Goth/industrial club wear.

How and when did you become interested in design?

I started sewing at an early age & began designing when I was 13. I have always loved abstract art and decided to combine fashion with it to make what I call fashion art.

What types of silhouettes will you be presenting?

Extreme-volume & hourglass.

What was (were) your inspiration(s) for this collection?

Music; particularly EBM, synthpop and traditional gothic genres. Switchblade Symphony and Intra Venus were the two main musical influences.

What fabrics will you be using?

Synthetics: nylon tricot and PVC.

What important detail work should be noticed?

The steel corset bones, the shirring in the petticoats and bloomers, and the hand-painted shirts.

What designer(s) do you admire, or would most like to work with and why?

Vivian Westwood. She invented the first Goth and punk designs in the late 70 s. Lip Service. They were the first company to make Goth wear go global.

Describe yourself as a designer in five words or less.

Dramatic, determined, gothic artist.

Other interests or hobbies?

Theatrical makeup artistry, accessory and hairpiece design; active member of the Goth/Industrial scene since 1996.
