Phases I & II of the Marian Hall Project have started. Below is a map of the areas affected. The yellow lines depict a rough estimation of where the fencing will be placed to create the construction zone for the first two phases. The roadway behind Marian Hall going towards Dubuis Hall and the Joyce Building will be closed. This closure will last the duration of the project. The spaces behind Dubuis Hall will be used by the contractors for their trailers and equipment. During the early part of August, the fencing will expand for construction and safety. The contractors will also use the “riverside” parking lot as their primary driveway. No UIW parking will be allowed in this lot for the duration of the project. As we approach August, this attached information/map will be updated to provide a better overview of what is to come. If you have any questions, please contact UIW Campus Police at (210) 829-6030.
