Head Club Lacrosse coach Jeff O’Neill enters his third season at UIW. Originally from San Antonio, O’Neill became involved with Lacrosse at a young age. Coach O’Neil played colligate lacrosse at Texas Tech University, going 53-7 in his four-year career. He received his Bachelor’s in Psychology and was a member of the SWLA championship team.

Coach O’Neil continued his lacrosse career as a coach starting at Central Catholic High School from 2014-2015. While also being the TMI youth lacrosse director in 2016, and being a part of the St Mary's Hall Boy's Lacrosse staff in 2016. He is recognized by the US Lacrosse Association by obtaining a Level 1 certification. This has help Coach O’Neil with see what will work in terms of the available talent on the roster, and to put players in the best position to succeed as a team. Coach O’Neill is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration in Sports Management. He aims to continue coaching at the collegiate level upon graduation.
