Judicial Affairs
The judicial system at the University of the Incarnate Word exists to ensure that our living and learning community reflects the mission of the University. The University seeks to balance rules that are necessary to function effectively in an educational community with each individual's rights to personal freedom. Community regulations are designed to guide the growth and development of individual responsibility, academic and personal integrity, and respectful interaction.
The Dean of Campus Life is designated to promote and administer the standards of conduct as reflected in the Student Code of Conduct and other University guidelines and policies. The Dean is available to provide information to members of the community about the University's standards of conduct, the judicial process, and to hear allegations or complaints related to the conduct of students or student groups.
