If you have an outstanding balance from a previous semester and it is keeping you from registering or continuing your education, we would like to hear from you. Please call (210) 829-2743 to set up an appointment.

Why did I get charged with a late validation fee?

Late payment fees are charged to traditional students who carry a balance after the published date to make final payment arrangements noted in the respective UIW Course Schedule. Please refer to Payment Plans located within the How To Pay option of this web page. A $50.00 late payment fee is charged to your account for every month you carry an outstanding balance.

What can I do to bring my previous balance to a current status?

We will work out the terms and conditions together to meet both the school's needs and the student's needs.

I have a hold on my account and I need to register, what can I do?

You need to visit the Business Office to clear out your balance.

I have a hold on my account and need to acquire a transcript, what do I have to do?

Under no circumstance can transcript(s) be released with an outstanding balance. Payment must be received in full before transcripts are released. Pending financial aid does not count as payment in full.

Students should see the Student Account Collector at the Business Office to complete the withdrawal process. A complete review of your account will be done at that time.
