Transfer Articulation Guidelines

Joint Admissions Agreements are designed to assist students who are starting out in the Alamo Community College District to transfer seamlessly to the University of the Incarnate Word.  Qualified ACCD students may sign an agreement at any time from the first date of enrollment at an ACCD campus to completion of 24 hours of college level academic work (including prior college hours).

Sign the Joint Admissions Agreement at one of the ACCD schools and send a copy to UIW. The Joint Admissions Agreement will facilitate transfer of community college credit to UIW and encourage students to complete the baccalaureate degree at the University.
