Theatre Box Office
The UIW Theatre Box Office is
located in
the Elizabeth Huth Coates Theatre Building.
Whether the performance takes place in the Coates or
Cheever Theatres, our box office staff will be happy to assist
you with reservations and tickets for any UIW Theatre Arts
production.
General Information,
Location and Show Times
The Elizabeth Huth Coates Theatre
Building is located in the southwest corner of the University
of the Incarnate Word campus. The building faces Hildebrand Avenue, directly
across the street from the AT&T building. The official
campus street address is University of the Incarnate Word,
4301 Broadway, San Antonio, Texas 78209.
Friday and Saturday
evening performances typically start
at 8:00 p.m. Thursday performances typically begin
at 7:00 p.m. We also usually offer at least one
Sunday matinee for each production, starting at 2:00
p.m.
The Extended Run Players evening performances
typically begin at 7:00 p.m.; matinees at 2:00 p.m.
PLEASE ARRIVE
EARLY. We do not admit patrons after
the start of the performance.
Street and lot parking is available on
the UIW campus, although finding a spot can be a challenge. Please
allow plenty of time to park your car.
Our theatres are
wheelchair accessible. If you have
special seating needs, please inform us when you make your
reservation and let us know how we may best assist you.

Admission Prices
Adults: $10
Seniors: $9
Non-UIW Students: $8
Group rate available for parties of 10 or more
UIW
students, staff, and faculty receive one complimentary ticket
(w/valid UIW ID) and may purchase a second ticket at a discounted
rate of $8.
Payment Policy
Patrons may pay with cash, check, or credit card.
If
possible, we request that patrons pay for their tickets in
advance.
If you plan to pay at the door, please
arrive at least a half hour prior to curtain. If
you do not pick up your reservation 15 minutes prior to
curtain, the Box Office staff may release your ticket(s)
to patrons on the waiting list.
There are no refunds.
Because our performances
often sell out, we ask that you notify
us if you cannot attend a performance for which you’ve
reserved tickets.
ALL reservations (except
prepaid reservations) that
are not picked up at least 15 minutes before the
performance begins will be released and made available to the public.

The Box Office is open from 3:00
to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday the week before each
production’s opening
night, and continues these operational hours through the
end of the run. The Box Office is also open one hour
prior to each performance. Patrons may do business
with the box office staff by phone or in person during these
times.
Patrons wishing to do business with
the box office at other times may call 210-829-3800 and
leave a voice mail message with a return phone number. Calls
will be returned promptly.
To reach the Theatre Arts main office,
call 210-829-3810 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
